Director of Program Services & IT Support
The Co-operative Health Centre/Community Clinic is looking for a self-motivated and results-driven Director to assist the Leadership Team with the management of the Co-operative Health Centre’s programs, services and human resources.
The successful candidate for this role should possess superior knowledge of business administration, budgeting and possess strong leadership qualities.
Previous managerial experience overseeing operations, human resources and finance with a strong ability to collaborate across a wide range of departments is preferred.
Director Responsibilities:
Overseeing daily operations
Develop and monitor program goals and objectives including identifying performance indicators and program evaluation related to the portfolio.
Budget management
Human resource management including hiring, orientation, scheduling, completing performance reviews and supervision consistent with the policies of the Co-operative Health Centre.
Director Skills:
Strong decision-making capabilities
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
Ability to motivate and lead people
Strong working knowledge of operational procedures
Highly organized and meticulous attention to detail
Strong work ethic
Excellent computer skills
Monitor and administer the provisions of the collective bargaining agreement
Preferred Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess a degree or diploma in a health or business administration related field or three years experience in a supervisor or managerial role.
A working knowledge in primary health care delivery and community health centre management would be very advantageous for candidates.
