A Receptionist will answer any questions that you might have and will help you book an appointment for any of the following:
Family Physician/Nurse Practitioner – appointments, new patients
Laboratory - appointments
Transportation – shuttle service
Health education programs – registration
Diagnostic testing - 24 Hour ambulatory blood pressure monitoring, holter monitors and ankle brachial index (ABI’s) monitoring
Membership - information
