The Co-operative Health Centre operates as a co-operative guided by its members to ensure that it is responsive to the healthcare needs of the community. Members of the Health Centre provide input into ways to enhance programs and services.
When you joined, you paid a lifetime membership fee of $5.00. This entitles you to:
experience the benefit of a multidisciplinary health care team in a single location,
the Primary Health Care Model that promotes wellness,
discount on chargeable services and equipment rental,
transportation to the Health Centre for in town members that require this service,
vote at any general or special meeting,
seek election to the Board of Directors,
and, support the concept of Co-operative member ownership.
